I book appointments Monday through Friday as well as some Saturdays. I do not work every Saturday, so weekend spots are very limited.
My office hours for messages are Mon-Fri from 9-5 and Sat 9-12. Messages received outside of office hours will be returned the next business day.
I am located in New Rochelle NY. I am a home-based operation, so I do not share my address until we have spoken on the phone and committed to an appointment.
While I love cats and other fuzzy babies, they require special handling and equipment that I do not have here. Please speak to your trusted veterinarian about grooming referrals for cats and small animals.
I am willing to try. Aggressive dogs pose a danger to me as well as themselves. I may not be able to complete the groom. My time must still be compensated even if the groom is not completed. If the pet parent is not doing their part to help their dog via a trainer and work at home, I will not rebook. Force Free handling can work wonders to repair a dog’s relationship to handling, but it does not happen overnight and it requires a team approach—including work at home.
I do not administer any medications here. Improper sedation can cause major medical issues and needs to be monitored and dosed by a veterinarian. I do work with dogs on medications that were prescribed and dosed by their veterinarian (and administered at home). Dosage must be tested prior to the grooming appointment to ensure there are no negative reactions.
I do not allow clients to stay during the grooming process for safety and liability reasons. Clients are also not allowed to assist for grooming if the dog has behavioral or physical difficulties. If your dog requires an assistant, I will refer you to other services where there are enough trained staff on hand. Safety is paramount.
I take Zelle or cash, both of which NY Sales tax of 8.375% is applied
